My wife, Sue, and I have been active in the Quarter Horse Assc. in So.CA. since 1980 breeding ,showing and training. We have a seven acre training facility in Valley Center where we work with pleasure horses. I have been on the VCCPG for the last two years and I am a candidate for re-election in Nov. my focus has been working the the county DPLU to re-write the zoning ordinance with regard to the equestrian animal designators in an attempt to gain back some by-right use of property, which stimulates local small busineses. My forty years in So.CA. land development and home building industry gives me a unique perspective on land use and government agencies.
